Jaj is Syncline’s head of operations. He has over 15 years of experience as an editor and handling operations. From 2001 – 2006 he worked as an editor on wide ranging projects. Since setting up Syncline in 2005, he has overseen the growth the company. Jaj has a close working relationship with many of Syncline’s longstanding clients, and prides himself on delivering services that help these clients achieve tangible results.

Rajat has over 20 years of experience in diverse fields of film-making including TVC’s and features. He has worked as associate producer of the highly successful and popular business programme INDIA BUSINESS WEEK for Star Plus as well as directed a feature for the series STAR BESTSELLER. Besides having directed corporate films , he has also worked for BBC WORLD for THE REAL INDIA TRAVEL SHOW and was episode director for BUSINESS BIZARRE.

Nishant is a seasoned producer who has handled production for a number of international projects including some with large crew. To name some of the assignments he has worked on, Nishant has handled production for “Mystery of the Tibetan Mummy” for Atlantic Productions, (UK),”Timeline: Arts in history” (India section) for Illuminations (UK). He has the capability to plan out an entire shoot from conducting research, Location scouting, location permissions, to arranging interviews with eminent personalities etc.

Jaken started out as a video editor working with television channels like ETC Networks and In-Mumbai. He has to his credit over 10 years of industry experience as a video producer and handling operations. Jaken is capable of independently coordinating and organizing mega scale events. A technically sound hand with a creative eye and flair for handling large productions, Jaken is a team player, he currently handles Mumbai operations for Syncline.
